Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Because live plants are perishable products:

• Returns for change of mind are generally not accepted.
• Refund or replacement requests for damaged, dead-on-arrival, or incorrect products must be reported within the time specified in our Refund & Replacement Policy.
• Clear photos and, where requested, an unboxing video may be required for verification.
